Hi, I’m Monique, the artist behind Elevated Beauty. I’ve spent the past 26 years in the beauty industry, helping clients look and feel their absolute best. My passion has always been about more than just hair—it’s about creating confidence and giving every client an experience that feels relaxing, luxurious, and personalized. Over the years, I’ve expanded my services to include lashes and brow treatments, allowing me to help clients achieve a complete, polished look. I believe beauty should feel effortless, which is why I customize every service to your face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle. When you sit in my chair, my goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and truly cared for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Elevated Beauty by Monique Martin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients waiting to book, the following policy applies: • A 70% deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
